How long can I take the bike for? As long as you like.
What does your Bicycle Rental Include? Included FREE with all bike rentals are: lock, a spare tube, puncture repair kit, pump for every group.
Do your bikes have racks/panniers? Trekking bike and Mountain bike have racks. Panniers can be hired. Check accessories prices here.
I want to bring my own pedals. Can you put them on for me? The hire bikes are fitted with basic flat pedals. Please tell us in "pedals" box on reservation page that you’ll be bringing them; the service is free.
What about helmets? Can I bring my own? You can hire a helmet for € 1 per day. Alternatively you are welcome to bring along your own helmet.

Do I need to book to hire a bike? Please, be aware that we have not a shop, ours is an association so we can garantee the delivery of the bike only if you book it in advance.

Do I pay upfront for the hire? You pay by cash when the bikes are delivered to you. You can also pay by paypal or by bank transfer after the online booking.
Can I collect my bike from you? No, we are based in a warehouse outside city but our speciality is that we bring the bike to you and collect it when you are finished.
Can you deliver bikes to my location/pick them up? We can normally deliver to your hotel, rental villa, airport, or train station throughout much of Sicily. Please note that delivery can be requested on the online booking form, but is subject to extra charge, and our availability to fill the order. Please, be aware that we have not a shop, ours is an association so we can garantee the delivery of the bike only if you book it in advance. For a delivery enquiry, please email us.

Who is responsible for the bikes if they are damaged or stolen? You are, and you sign for that on the contract when the bikes are delivered to you. You also need to tell us right away if the bike is damaged.
What about locks? We provide bike locks free of charge.
What if I get a puncture? This happens occasionally, and you would be unlucky. You must not ride on a flat tire this damages the wheel. All bikes are fitted with a spare tube, puncture repair kit, tyre levers and a mini pump.
